Location is great, close to tourist spots and easily accessible. The room was comfortable with a nice common area to relax and work. The staff, especially Harsh and his team, were friendly and helpful, providing good recommendations and assisting us with transportation.

The facilities were old and creepy, with dirty and humid rooms. There was no bottle water available in the hostel, and the process to get drinks from the fridge was inconvenient.

The value for money at Zostel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was a bit off the beaten path, but the staff treated me like family and went above and beyond to help me plan my activities and make my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could use improvement, with more variety and fresher options.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hostel! The design and interior were super cool, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was so much space. Everything was kept very clean and they even had two big TVs with an Xbox and Netflix. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious - unlimited puri baji, toasts with jam and butter, corn flakes with milk, tea or coffee, and omelette. It felt like I was staying in a luxurious place, especially being surrounded by luxury villas. The location was peaceful and away from the busy roads. I was pleasantly surprised to find a guitar in the chill zone and the free laundry service was a huge plus. this hostel exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I truly had an amazing time!

I always come back because the staff is helpful, the place has Wi-Fi, AC, an outdoor area, and a TV. They helped me find the way once. It suits me perfectly. See you for Christmas!

Located in a peaceful and calm area, it was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. We also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine available for laundry. the venue was very new and had a nice modern look, with neat and appealing dorms and a high standard bathroom.
